ACS Plus provides personally tailored, quality support and accommodation to empower people with mental health needs, complex care needs, learning disabilities to live valued, independent lives in their own home and community.
We deliver expert services using individual pathways that focus on peoples’ personal, psychological, physical, social, spiritual and cultural needs. We support all stages from high support needs to low and minimal support needs. Everyone we support is treated with compassion, kindness, dignity, respect and understanding, without bias or discrimination.
We support people to understand their neurological variations and divergency, recognise the signs and symptoms that might indicate deteriorating mental wellbeing and learn how to maintain their mental health.
ACS Plus works to fully understand obstacles and any issues which challenge people. Together, we create achievable care plans and personal goals to help each person we support become integral members of their community and to achieve their aspirations. We achieve this by putting our clients’ needs and strengths at the heart of their support and by operating to CQC and NICE standards.
